I didn’t have much fun with this. The games got boring quickly, and having to keep going through verification over and over just made it even more frustrating.

I can usually get the site to work, but the app feels clunky. Pages take forever to load, I get randomly logged out, and even finding basic things takes more digging than it should. Maybe I’m just reading into the overall vibe of it, but it kind of feels like the app wasn’t made with regular ticket buying in mind. It’s not completely unusable, but it makes something that should be simple way more annoying than it needs to be.

I made my olg.ca account last week and it was straightforward. The sign-up steps were clear enugh, and I got through the basic info part without really getting stuck or anything.
The verification took a little longer than I thought it would, and I had to re-check my ID photo once becuase it didn’t go through right away. It worked in the end though, so I’d give it 4 stars.

i mostly use olg.ca for lotto and the odd slots session. Adding money with my card was super quick and I didn’t run into any problems there. The withdrawal did go through, but it took about 2 days to show up in my bank. Overall it’s been fine, I just wish cashing out was a little faster.

Support got back to me fast, which I appreciated, and they did end up helping me out. Just a heads up though, the whole thing still took a bit longer than I expected, so don’t assume it’ll be fixed right away

I hop on olg.ca once in a while, usually when one of their promo emails catches my eye. At first I see “free spins” or “bonus” and my brain just goes, okay, easy deal, but it rarely feels that simple once you actually click through.

The rewards come with a bunch of little conditions, and I’ll admit I don’t always read every line because I assume the main offer is the important part. Then later I realize there were limits or rules I missed, or I’m not even totally sure the bonus applied the way it was supposed to.
The site itself works fine for the most part, so I don’t have a huge issue there. I just expected the promos to feel more worthwhile. Instead it kind of feels like they’re good at getting you to play, but not that great at giving much back.

I might be jumping to conclusions a bit, but playing here just didn’t feel very fair to me. The payouts seemed slower than I expected, and after a while I started assuming something was off. Overall, it made it hard for me to fully trust the experience...
